Vovy AI is an AI-powered productivity platform targeting knowledge workers. When they came to us, their Meta ads were bleeding budget at a 0.9x ROAS with no clear creative strategy. We rebuilt their entire paid social operation from the ground up — audience architecture, creative systems, and bidding strategy — and turned the channel into their highest-performing acquisition vehicle.
The challenge
Vovy had great product-market fit but zero paid media infrastructure. Their ad account was a graveyard of broad campaigns with stock creative, no audience segmentation, and a CPA 3x their target. The founding team had never run paid ads at scale and needed a partner who could both strategize and execute without hand-holding.
Our approach
We started with a 2-week diagnostic: analyzing their existing creative, audience signals, and competitor ad libraries. Then we built a full-funnel Meta architecture — TOF prospecting using lookalike + interest stacks, MOF retargeting with social proof creative, and BOF urgency-based direct response. Creative was systematized: 3 hooks × 3 bodies × 2 CTAs per week, tested in a structured A/B rotation. We moved from broad targeting to granular audience clusters based on job title and tech stack behavior.
